Delivery Information

**PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR ORDERS THAT EXCEED APPROXIMATELY 20KG OR CONTAIN AEROSOL PRODUCTS WITHIN THE ORDER– THE COURIER MAY AUTOMATICALLY CHANGE TO DPD REGARDLESS OF THE SERVICE CHOSEN BY THE CUSTOMER AT CHECKOUT – THIS IS IN LINE WITH COURIER RESTRICTIONS REGARDING WEIGHTS OF PARCELS – THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR THIS SERVICE.

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT IF YOUR LOCATION CROSSES ANY WATERS FROM THE UK, YOU MUST SELECT THE DPD OPTION. THIS COUNTS FOR ALL BELFAST AND NORTHERN IRELAND POSTCODES. FAILURE TO SELECT THIS OPTION WILL RESULT IN YOUR ORDER BEING CANCELLED.

THE ORDER CUT OFF PERIOD EACH DAY IS 1PM – ANYTHING ORDERED AFTER THIS TIME MAY NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE NEXT DAY, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS WHEN ORDERING VIA NEXT DAY SERVICES.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT AT THE WEEKEND PERIOD, ORDERS PLACED AFTER 1PM FRIDAY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL MONDAY.

Royal Mail

If the 48 hour delivery option is selected, unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Priceless Discounts Ltd dispatches all orders within two days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout and check your spam folder for emails from us.

Priceless Discounts Ltd aims to dispatch your order to you as soon as possible and so this is just an indication. We aim to dispatch your order the same day if ordered before 1pm and you should receive this two working days after the order all dependent on the courier, this is NOT guaranteed, this is an indication for the delivery time expected.

For the 24 hour delivery option, your order will be dispatched the same day only if your order is completed and processed before 1pm that day. On some occasions, dependent on demand, this cut off may be extended, again, this is not guaranteed.

Please note that the 24 hour service is NOT guaranteed, if you would like a guaranteed 24 hour service this service is a special delivery service, please contact us to arrange extra payment for this. If the parcel is not delivered the next working day, this will be the courier’s responsibility and you will not be compensated on the basis that the service is not guaranteed.

Please note that during the weekend period, orders placed after 1pm on Friday afternoon will not be dispatched until Monday afternoon when the courier carries out the normal weekday collection. This stands for both 24 hour and 48 hour postage services.

BANK HOLIDAYS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE POSTAGE SERVICES, PLEASE ADD ADDITIONAL DELIVERY TIME TO YOUR ORDER IF ORDERING OVER A BANK HOLIDAY PERIOD.

DPD

Domestic services (within the UK) for DPD are a standard next day delivery service. Please note, this service is not guaranteed to arrive with you the next day, this is an aim. Unforeseen circumstances can often delay this aim. Please do not be disappointed should the parcel not arrive with you the next day given this information. This service will be fully tracked for you to be able to check on the progress of the delivery at any time.

The tracking information provided to you, as long as your contact details are correct at checkout, will include a google map tracking service that allows you to see where your delivery driver is. This service allows you to contact directly with the driver and re-arrange the delivery if you are not at home or to give them special delivery instructions.

For The Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, The Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands: The delivery service here is a two-four day service. Again, this is an aim. Any unforeseen circumstances that delay this will not be our responsibility. This service will be fully tracked for you to be able to check on the progress of the delivery at any time.

BANK HOLIDAYS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE POSTAGE SERVICES, PLEASE ADD ADDITIONAL DELIVERY TIME TO YOUR ORDER IF ORDERING OVER A BANK HOLIDAY PERIOD.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays that are experienced after the parcel is dispatched from our depot. It will be the courier’s responsibility for any delays experienced during transit and it will be the courier who will be contactable by the customer once the parcel is in transit. Data protection laws enable certain procedures that the customer must launch investigation before the seller can intervene.

By all means, we will assist as best that we can should your order be victim of delay, loss or damage; though, Priceless Discounts Ltd will not take responsibility for these occurrences and resolutions will vary upon individual circumstance.

Should your parcel arrive damaged, please contact us via email with images of the outside of the parcel and each individual item inside of the parcel. Failure to send images of the damage may result in your claim being void. The more images sent over to demonstrate the damage, the better.
