Track your Priceless Discounts order to see where your package is and when it will arrive.

How to Track Your Order

Option 1: Track via Your Account

  1. Log in to your Priceless Discounts account
  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. Click on the order you want to track
  4. View the current status and tracking information

Option 2: Track via Email

When your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. This email will include:

  • Your order number
  • Dispatch date
  • Courier name
  • Tracking number (where available)
  • Link to courier tracking page

Order Status Explained

Order Confirmed

We've received your order and payment. Your order is being prepared for dispatch.

Processing

Your order is being picked and packed by our warehouse team.

Dispatched

Your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you. You'll receive tracking information if available.

In Transit

Your order is with our courier and on its way to your delivery address.

Delivered

Your order has been successfully delivered to your address.

Delivery Times

Standard UK delivery typically takes:

  • Processing: 1-2 working days (up to 3-5 days during busy periods)
  • Delivery: 2-5 working days after dispatch
  • Total: 3-7 working days from order placement

Tracking Issues

I haven't received a tracking number

Not all deliveries include tracking. For smaller parcels sent via Royal Mail, tracking may not be available. You'll still receive an email confirming dispatch.

My tracking shows no updates

It can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear in the courier's system after dispatch. If there are still no updates after 48 hours, please contact us.

My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it

Please check:

  • With neighbors or safe places where the courier may have left it
  • Any outbuildings or porches
  • With other household members
  • Your tracking details for delivery notes

If you still can't locate your parcel after 24 hours, please contact us immediately and we'll investigate with the courier.

Delivery Problems

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as:

  • Significantly delayed delivery
  • Missing items
  • Damaged parcels
  • Failed delivery attempts

Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
