Dettol Liquid Antiseptic 250ml
Dettol Liquid is an effective concentrated antiseptic solution that kills bacteria and protects against the germs which can cause infection and illness. It can be used for antiseptic cleansing of minor wounds caused by cuts, bites, grazes, insect stings; for dandruff, spots and pimples and if medically advised, for personal hygiene.
Active Ingredient: Chloroxylenol 4.8% w/v.
Other Ingredients: Pine Oil, Isopropyl Alcohol and Caustic Soda Solution and Castor Oil which may cause skin reactions.
First aid and medical (antiseptic wound cleansing for cuts, grazes, bites & stings)
- Wash the area with a tablespoonful of Dettol diluted in half pint of water.
- Cover with clean, dry dressing.
- Do not use undiluted.
- Do not use on eczema or similar skin conditions.
Personal hygiene
Dandruff: 1 tablespoonful to 1 pint of warm water. Pour over hair and scalp, leave for 10 minutes before shampooing.
Spots and pimples: 1 tablespoonful to half pint of warm water. Bathe affected area daily.
